Apartamento Naranja

The newly renovated and modern furnished apartment is part of a very well maintained, small apartment complex in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz. The apartment "Naranja" is located on the ground floor and has two sunny terraces.

The apartment is accessed through an open, fully equipped kitchen. From there you enter the hallway with its large built-in wardrobes, which in turn leads to all other rooms of the apartment.

To the right is the light-flooded and pleasantly furnished living and dining room with a room-wide sliding window front, through which one has access to the east-facing terrace. The terrace is furnished with comfortable furniture and invites to a sunny breakfast in the private garden of the complex. The living room is equipped with a convertible sofa, which offers a fully equipped bed for another adult, as well as a TV closet, satellite TV and a dining area.

Directly next to the living room is the kitchen. It is fully equipped and has a ceramic hob with extractor hood, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment and a Nescafe coffee machine. Here you can spend cosy cooking evenings.

The bright bathroom with Toilet and shower is also equipped with a washing machine and a small cupboard.

The tastefully furnished bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a large built-in wardrobe. With its second terrace facing west, this is the ideal place to enjoy the sun until the late evening hours.

The apartment complex is located below the Taoro Park which means in the middle of Puerto de la Cruz. No car is necessary for daily needs, as the city centre with its supermarkets, restaurants, medical centres etc. is within 5 minutes walking distance - but parking spaces are also available if desired. The nearest beach is about 10 minutes walk away. In spite of its central location, the area is nestled in a green, absolute quiet zone, so you feel like living far away from the city.
